Boca Raton, Fl—April 15, 2009, ---   Stephen B. Gebeloff, Esq. announces opening of his new office at 5255 N Federal Highway in Boca Raton, Fl. The opening of this new office will allow the firm to offer more individualized and specialized service with state of the art support.

 

Mr. Gebeloff concentrates his practice on Creditors’ Rights, Construction Law and General Business Litigation. 

 

He is a speaker on Lien Law and pursuing collection against officers and directors of corporations when those corporations fail to pay client’s for goods sold and delivered or for professional services rendered. He is the author of a monthly column on Construction Lien Law and collections practices for Foundation, the monthly Gold Coast Builders Association publication. Mr. Gebeloff is a member of Columbia Law list, American Lawyers Quarterly, and General Bar. He is also a board member of the Gold Coast Builders Association.
